Abstract: The eTHRIVE project team, with Remote Area Medical (RAM®), is strengthening the public health nursing workforce in rural Appalachia. The collaborative aims are to educate RN to BSN students and the volunteer workforce using innovative virtual simulation and expanding telehealth services while preparing nurses to serve in critical community roles.
